What you will be doing:

JASINT is seeking a Machinery Operations Manager/System Administrator to join us. As a Systems Administrator, you will be overseeing product machinery and equipment functions for a docuclient's production pipeline delivering high volume outputs currently averaging 2000 products a week and growing.

Position Requirements:

• Actively support contracted service level standards and product processing time limits through overseeing key production equipment and machinery functions. This includes multiple large production printers, DVD burners, workstation equipment, desktop printers, and copiers.
• Determine and regulate proper stock levels, storage, and inventory vital to the production of uncertified and certified document copies ordered through USPTO regulated online storefront.
• Intermediate to advanced level technical competence in computer systems and ordering programs including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Ability to perform product quality checks from machine outputs and basic equipment maintenance effectively resolving issues such as printer jams and toner replacement.
• Utilize judgement to place service orders to resolve issues and follow up times to upkeep system integrity and production flow.
• Perform vital system checks, testing, power up, troubleshooting and restart procedures. Serve as on- site collaborator with Development Team confirming system interface with production equipment machinery to quickly resolve issues and validate production output via phone, Microsoft Teams messaging, and email correspondence.
• Engage with Management to deliver proactive response to concerns, assist with special DSP projects, and provide hands on support for Document Specialist as needed.
• Conduct and provide monthly/ weekly reports on system operations and tracking to the Project Manager, development team, and client leadership.
• Adaptive to new systems procedures, product volumes and workflows coinciding with advancement in production flow processes within an ever-changing technology driven operation.
• Foster a positive, healthy relationship between the contracting team and clients while upholding a self and team driven professional service standards.
• Physical requirement to lift 30 Ibs + stocking, bending, lifting, and reaching.

Education and Years of Experience: This position requires a High School Diploma or GED
